Shipping Policy.

If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, Adult Vape Store cannot complete shipment to that destination.

Vape and electronic nicotine delivery products are subject to special shipping rules. We do not represent that every carrier or service level is available for every order.

Processing begins after payment review, inventory confirmation, and any required age or destination review. Transit estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guarantees.

Weather, carrier capacity, address issues, compliance review, or failed delivery attempts may delay shipment.

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after the order is prepared for shipment. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Packages may be returned or cancelled if the address is invalid, the recipient is unavailable, age verification fails, or delivery is refused.

Shipping charges, carrier fees, and handling costs may be non-refundable when a package is undeliverable for reasons outside our control.
